Freelance Senior Controlling Consultant (5–7 years)
Mission overview
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Controlling Consultant to reinforce the finance team and support financial performance management. The consultant will play a key role in monitoring financial results, supporting decision-making, and strengthening controlling processes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances versus actuals
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Support the improvement of controlling processes and reporting tools
- Work closely with accounting and business teams
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analyses and business cases
Profile
- 5–7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis
- Strong analytical and structured mindset
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP knowledge (SAP is a strong plus)
- Able to work autonomously and interact with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
- Freelance status required
