Freelance Finance Project Manager – Finance & IT Bridge
Mission overview
For a finance transformation initiative, we are looking for a Freelance Finance Project Manager to lead the implementation of a financial tool acting as a bridge between Finance and IT. The consultant will coordinate stakeholders, structure the project, and ensure the successful delivery of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of a finance-related tool
- Act as the main interface between Finance, IT, and external vendors
- Collect and formalize business requirements into functional documentation
- Define project planning, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
- Support change management and user adoption
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in finance projects or finance transformation
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Solid understanding of finance processes (accounting, controlling, reporting)
- Experience with ERP or finance tools implementations is a strong asset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Freelance status required
